The Merit Company works as an embedded operator partner. This means we’ll build a team around your business, scoped to the specific inflection point you’re navigating. Every engagement is a la carte across four areas: Operational Performance, Executive Activation, Culture, and Leadership in the Age of AI.
Investor Advisory
The Merit Company works with investors in two distinct ways. In pre-close diligence, the client is the firm. MCo operates independently to assess leadership risk in a prospective transaction. In portfolio company work, the client is the company itself, brought in through a warm introduction from the investor.
